Edward Breen has been practicing with the Law Firm since he graduated Seton Hall Law School in 1999. Mr. Breen earned a B.A. in 1976 from Drew University. Before entering law school, Mr. Breen was engaged in real estate development and banking. Mr. Breen was the President of a Real Estate Development Company and was a Founder and Member of the Board of Directors for a New Jersey based community Bank. Mr. Breen also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for a manufacturing company.
Mr. Breen counsels families and businesses in commercial law, business disputes and estate planning issues. Mr. Breen also has extensive experience prosecuting probate litigation and shareholder disputes.
